In 2004, we created a processing plant located 15 km away from Marrakech in order to obtain the highest degree of safety in the olive harvesting and curing processes.
This plant processes only 100% organic products.
Mr Jamili, an engineer specialised in organic products and who has been working exclusively with us for 15 years, has been appointed to supervise the plant. He is responsible for coordinating the various steps of the production process : growing, harvesting, processing and shipping to our premises in Le Pontet, in Provence.
